- Starter Plan: $29/month
- Professional Plan: $79/month
4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payment is processed through Stripe
- You authorize us to charge your payment method
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
4.3 Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months or unused services
- Free trial can be canceled anytime without charge
5. Acceptable Use

- AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies
- You are responsible for reviewing chatbot responses for accuracy
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES (OPENAI, STRIPE, ETC.)
9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.
9.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay fees, or abuse the Service.
