How do I create my first chatbot?
After signing up, you'll be taken through our 4-step onboarding process where you can add your business information, services, FAQs, and customize your chatbot's appearance. It takes less than 5 minutes to get started!
Do I need technical knowledge to use Rise My Rank?
No technical knowledge required! Simply copy and paste a single line of code onto your website, and your chatbot will be live. Our dashboard is user-friendly and designed for business owners.
How long is the free trial?
We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. You can cancel anytime during the trial period.

Features & Functionality

What can the AI chatbot do?
Our AI chatbot can answer questions about your business, provide service information, share pricing details, capture lead information, and direct customers to book appointments. It learns from the information you provide during setup.
How does lead capture work?
The chatbot automatically detects when visitors share their contact information (name, email, phone) during conversations and saves them to your dashboard. You'll see all captured leads in the Leads tab.
Can I customize the chatbot's appearance?
Yes! You can customize the chatbot's colors, greeting message, bot name, and tone (friendly, professional, or casual) to match your brand.
Does the chatbot work on mobile devices?
Absolutely! The chatbot widget is fully responsive and works seamlessly on all devices - desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Pricing & Billing

What's included in the Starter plan?
The Starter plan ($29/month) includes 1 chatbot, 500 messages per month, automatic lead capture, and basic customization options.
What's included in the Professional plan?
The Professional plan ($79/month) includes 3 chatbots, 2,000 messages per month, advanced lead capture, full customization, and priority support.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens if I exceed my message limit?
If you reach your monthly message limit, the chatbot will pause until the next billing cycle or you can upgrade to a higher plan.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you can cancel anytime and your service will remain active until the end of your billing period.

Technical Support

How do I install the chatbot on my website?
After creating your chatbot, you'll get a simple code snippet. Just copy it and paste it before the closing </body> tag on your website. It works with any website platform (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, custom sites, etc.).
What if the chatbot isn't appearing on my site?
Make sure the code is placed before the closing </body> tag and that JavaScript is enabled on your website. Clear your browser cache and try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).
Can I use Rise My Rank on multiple websites?
Yes! Each chatbot can be embedded on multiple pages across your website(s). With the Professional plan, you can create separate chatbots for different businesses or brands.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption, secure databases, and follow best practices for data protection. Your data is never sold to third parties.

Account Management

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Dashboard under the Billing tab. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request account deletion from the Settings page. This will permanently delete all your chatbots, conversations, and leads. This action cannot be undone.
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link.
Can I have multiple team members access the account?
Currently, each account is for a single user. We're working on team features for future releases!

AI & Performance

What AI technology powers the chatbot?
Our chatbots are powered by advanced AI language models that understand natural conversation and context. The AI learns from the business information and FAQs you provide.
How accurate are the chatbot responses?
The chatbot provides accurate responses based on the information you've provided. The more detailed your business information and FAQs, the better the responses will be.
Can the chatbot speak multiple languages?
The chatbot primarily operates in English. Multi-language support is planned for a future update.
What happens if the chatbot doesn't know the answer?
If the chatbot is unsure, it will acknowledge that and can offer to capture the visitor's contact information so you can follow up directly.
